Allixir Settlement Solutions -Title Company Servicing Central Virginia
Allixir was started in early 2025 by it's founder, Dan Kramer. Dan is a transactional lawyer with almost two decades of experience in business and corporate law, focusing mainly on contract drafting, contract negotiations, M&A, IP, corporate governance, and real estate transactions. He has worked in government, private practice, start-ups, as well as General Counsel for large, well established corporations.
Currently, Allixir is only operating in the Central Virginia markets, namely Lynchburg, Roanoke, Smith Mountain Lake, and Charlottesville. We hope to expand quickly to other markets as we refine our systems and processes to maintain the excellence that we strive to provide in every transaction we administer.
When we fail you, please let us know. We are ever growing and evolving to best serve those who trust us. If we aren't changing, we aren't best serving you. Help us stay where we need to be to earn your business.
Important Note: Allixir SETTLEMENT SOLUTIONS is not a LAW firm, and therefore cannot give legal advice. In the event you need or want legal counsel, we can provide options and references to local lawyers. However, we will not be able to provide any legal advice on your behalf. Please let us know if you have any questions about this restriction.
So, why Allixir Settlement Solutions?
(You know, instead of the law firm of "Last Name", "Last Name", and "Last Name")
- Allixir's founder has a background in biochemistry. So, Allixir is a nod to "elixir" and the founder's chemistry days.
- Allixir is also specifically a technology driven company. Ai is part of what we do. We use the A and two "i"s to show our AI vision.
- Allixir is ALL inclusive... meaning to everyone. Politics do not play here. Everyone will get excellent service.
- Allixir Settlement Solutions puts a lot of weight on the "solutions." Besides being a nod to "elixir" as well, we at Allixir strive to find answers to complex legal answers to keep your business on track. There is almost always a yes if you're willing to work. We dislike "no" as much as you do.
